Matador Capital Management LLC (“Matador,” “MCM,” or the “Company”) is a real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition of and management of value-add and core-plus multifamily real estate primarily in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest parts of the U.S.

Our team consists of industry veterans and investment professionals experienced in working with top multi-family sponsors on the underwriting, financing, capital raising and asset management of commercial real estate in the U.S. Prior to our formation of Matador Capital, we collectively closed a significant volume of transactions over the years, delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
