Matchability is een initiatief van uw collega-woningcorporaties. We richten ons op projecten die door ondernemende mensen op hbo-niveau gedaan kunnen worden. Onze tarifering is daarbij niet hoger is dan € 60,00 per uur. Op dit moment richten we ons op zeven takken van sport, namelijk:
• detachering, vaak op het snijvlak van HRM en financiën;
• het slimmer reizen en slimmer werken van uw medewerkers (via een mobiliteitsscan);
• het verbeteren van uw fiscale processen (via onze Fiscale Proces Check);
• het verrijken van uw vastgoedstrategie op een integrale wijze (via De Gezamenlijke Wijkestafette);
• het optimaliseren van uw dagelijkse processen (via de processcan en de workshop Ondernemend Samenwerken);
• ondersteuning bij de administratieve splitsing van DAEB- en niet-DAEB-activiteiten;
• ondersteuning bij de invoering van de werkkostenregeling.
In de kern is het ons doel om een positieve bijdrage te leveren aan het imago van woningcorporaties. Zij zijn namelijk aantrekkelijke werkgevers! We richten ons op het werk dat door jonge, ondernemende personeelsleden gedaan kan worden. Zij kunnen via Matchability in korte tijd veel ervaring opdoen bij meerdere corporaties en Matchability als springplank gebruiken voor een vast dienstverband bij een corporatie. We geloven in de kracht van samenwerking en zoeken dan ook actief naar organisaties die op basis van onze bedrijfsprofilering met ons willen samenwerken.
