Anna Suppi Conti & Massimo Suppi have a wealth of knowledge & experience in the Development & Production of Accessories. In 1970 Anna opened the BALLY OFFICE in Florence for the development & management of their Accessory Lines. She was responsible for management of all samples, orders & their implementation. Massimo joined her at the Bally Office & was in charge of product development. They were also responsible for BALLY Private Label clients including Lanvin, JC Penny & Emilio Pucci. They attended all meetings in Switzerland related to Global Product Development & to define Global Collections. In 1997 they created 2 companies. One dedicated to Jimmy Choo. The other working with various Brands including Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, Etro, Reed Krakoff, Balmain, Tabitha Simmons, Francesca Versace, Phillipe Plein, Rodolphe Menudier, Catharine Malandrino, Elie Tahari, Halston, Robert Cavalli, Alexandra Neal, & Lambertson Truex. For Jimmy Choo we looked after all the logistics including:- • Order Management • Organisation & optimisation of terms of delivery • Daily & detailed contact with the factories to ensure the client's direction was followed, component development, materials, research of new materials & new techniques • Follow up of prototypes of sketches • Follow up of final samples in terms of delivery, quality & look (for both sales, press & catwalk samples) • Component Management • Creation of patterns • Quality Control at the factory - daily • Fit test for shoes • Continuous research of new factories - in order to have the best quality v price ratio & deliveries • Tests of components/leather • Weekly production/delivery report • Triangulation of invoices For Jimmy Choo we grew the production from 2000 pairs of shoes to 1 million pairs produced in 20 factories with a team of 45 people. In 2013 we sold the dedicated Jimmy Choo production & development company to Jimmy Choo. We now have a company dedicated to Tamara Mellon & another company working with Charlotte Olympia, Oscar de la Renta, Nancy Gonzalez & Chloe Gosslin. We are specialised in footwear, leather bags & small leather goods.
