This journey started when I purchased a Biscayne Bedding mattress in 2016. I made a trip to the factory to check how they were made and talk with the owner about starting a business and. I left amazed by how they operate, their staff and the great support that they offer.
By the end of 2016 I started the business from a warehouse. This business started just as another source of income, different from what I had at that time.
As I started learning more about the importance of sleeping and seeing what was offered in the market, lack of customer support, poor delivery services, lack of education about the product, getting confused in big stores by all the different brands and pushy sales, I decided that I had to take another step.
That’s when the idea of MATTRESS & CO. started. A store with a different concept that apart us from the rest. I decided to focus with only one factory, which makes a huge difference in delivery time frame, and warranty.
The goal of MATTRESS & CO. is to offer the customer a pleasant experience and education at the right price. So when the customer leaves the store, they left with knowledge and the right mattress that matches their needs.
