As it is the case for all business incubators, McEn+ is meant to start some new operations to test their profitability and potential to be turned into shareholdings within SPV/SPE (Special Purpose Vehicle/Entity) with industrial and/or financial groups. Should this be the case the above could also be totally transferred.
