I’ve been using Quickbooks since the mid-90s – both, for our own family businesses and for bookkeeping clients in the fields of construction, retail, and health care, as well. Currently, I work on bookkeeping and data projects for a local business-solutions company.
My essential services include categorizing revenues and expenses, doing monthly reconciliations, and preparing the financial statements that you will need to file your tax return and analyze the performance of your business.
Additional services I provide include invoicing customers and recording their payments, sending open-balance reminders, entering bills and tracking those payments to vendors, recording detailed employee payroll breakdowns, preparing 1099s for independent contractors and calculating sales tax due.
