ll nostro progetto inizia nel 2014, dopo aver provato dell’idromele in un pub di Praga. Circa due mesi dopo, tornati in Italia, ci siamo appassionati al mondo della fermentazione del miele, provando e riprovando tipologie e tecniche di produzione.
Non soddisfatti dei risultati, abbiamo deciso di cambiare metodo, sperimentando un nuovo stile che ci permettesse di creare una bevanda innovativa e naturale. Nel 2018, dopo numerosi tentativi, siamo riusciti a creare Principio, il nostro primo traguardo, che ha permesso a Meadlight di proseguire verso la continua e futura sperimentazione nel campo della fermentazione del miele, sostenendo un futuro naturale, all’insegna dell’innovazione e della sostenibilità.
