The protocols developed by MEDEX are designed to include the three areas that make up a training program: The cardiovascular area, stretching and muscle strengthening. Our High Performance Strengthening Program is divided into 4 phases (prevention, empowerment, competition and recovery) and is designed to optimize the performance of athletes, whether amateur or high competition, minimizing the chance of injury and programming workouts for maximum efficiency peak matches the competition stage.
