A victory nearly always leaves the winner out of pocket.
There is an old saying “the law is like Claridges…open to everybody”. I don’t know about you, but I have never eaten at Claridges and suspect that the vast majority of people who end up litigating in the legal system have not either. The fact is, going to law to resolve a dispute is in most cases prohibitively expensive. There has to be a better way. There is. It’s called mediation."
