In 2005, when we developed our first model of shisha pipe Mirage, inspired by undersea life and made entirely of Bohemian glass, we had no idea that it would cause such a revolution in the severely traditional world of hookahs. This was the beginning of a new era of designer hookahs and multi-sensual adventure smoking with top shisha gastronomy involved. Our journey has taken us from hand-blown shisha pipes made of Bohemian glass to providing complex adventure hookah smoking. Have you ever come across the terms shisha cocktail, shisha sommelier, shisha guru or tobacco shisha master? They have all been invented and brought into the world by us at Meduse. We have been driven by our desire to cultivate an emotional smoking experience. And to touch all our users' senses. That’s why we have brought gastronomic elements into shisha culture and started to develop and provide our customers with advanced-style shisha catering. It is based on the art of our shisha sommeliers who have mastered all recipes and are skilled in the preparation of fruit shisha cocktails, mocktails and long drinks. Our authentic live performances with cocktails, prepared by our sommeliers, and the chance to savour them in a special VIP party tent, forms the backbone of the Meduse Events concept. The philosophy of the “unique shisha experience” culminates in our Meduse lounge concept. The unmistakable visual character of Meduse pipes significantly influences the design of the interiors, and the essence of Meduse has thus spread to shisha bars, lounges, hotel lobbies and luxurious restaurants around the world. At Meduse Lounge, however, we are going further and deepening the Meduse experience with use of other distinctive design elements. Today, Meduse is not only hand-blown glass designer hookahs. It is a wide platform, its a 5-star global ambassador of haute shisha culture.
