Melson Groep combineert maatschappelijke en commerciële doelstellingen door sociale ondernemingen te starten. Wij zijn uniek omdat we onafhankelijk zijn van subsidies.

Het eerste project is inmiddels van start gegaan: Melson Fruit. Melson Fruit voorziet organisaties van vitaminen. Een fruitschaal op de werkvloer straalt een gezond en groen imago uit. Daarnaast draagt het aanbieden van fruit binnen de organisatie bij aan de gezondheid en productiviteit van de medewerkers!
Wij betrekken mensen met een verstandelijk handicap bij het klaarzetten en afleveren van onze producten. Hierbij wil Melson Fruit de brug tot de arbeidsmarkt voor mensen met een aandoening verkleinen door te voorzien in een werkplaats. Bij Melson Fruit kan je referenties, werkervaring, ritme en sociale vaardigheden opdoen.
