Menopause, though inevitable, is the most feared stage of a woman’s life. For years, women have struggled with this transition, as it impacts our daily lives in many minute yet radical ways. A hot flash here and there, those few kilos of weight gain, the unexpected mood swings, and insomnia that slowly creeps up on us. Some of us ignore it, and many do nothing about it.
