Mental Fit biedt therapie aan (hoog)gevoelige volwassenen die vastlopen in hun leven. Heb je last van stress, ben je snel overprikkeld en moe, word je regelmatig overspoeld door emoties, heb je weinig zelfvertrouwen of een laag zelfbeeld? Wij leren je om anders om te gaan met negatieve gedachten, vervelende gevoelens en moeilijke situaties. Je leert om moeilijke gevoelens als boosheid, schaamte, angst, schuld, machteloosheid op een diepere laag te accepteren, zodat er een gevoel van ruimte en lichtheid ontstaat. Uiteindelijk zul je een innerlijke rust en ervaren. Als je hoogsensitief (HSP) bent, leer je dmv emotieregulatie beter om te gaan met je emoties, goed voor jezelf te zorgen dmv zelfcompassie en de lat lager te leggen om overprikkeling te voorkomen én je hooggevoeligheid in te zetten als kracht. Vragen die aan bod komen zijn: Wat is je diepste verlangen? Wie ben je werkelijk? Op welke manier wil je van betekenis zijn voor anderen, zonder jezelf tekort te doen?
Wij werken met de effectieve en wetenschappelijk onderbouwde methode Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Daarnaast bieden we ook wandeltherapie aan, waarbij de natuur wordt ingezet als spiegel. Meestal kiezen mensen voor een combinatie van ACT en wandeltherapie.
