Metasales is a newly established company founded by Tanya Moroka which aims to be a transitional company within the sale environment. Our mission is to get people to stop talking and take more action. We learn through trial l and error. Without failure there is no learning or true success. Over the last 10 years I have attended many sales trainings and was able to adopt very few techniques, my true learning and experience came from on-the-job training, collaboration with colleagues, reading studying and building relationships. Metasales came about from a desire to actively engage in conversations with like-minded people regarding sales. I found that most sales training was geared towards consumer sales and short sales cycles. Prior to attending the course, I always asked if the training was for B2B selling, but they rarely did. The environment in which I sold required b2b selling within a long sales cycle. I sell insurance which is very different from selling a tangible product. Selling insurance is a grudge purchase with the hope that nothing goes wrong. More like leaving the iron on and going to work.
