FUSION
L’élaboration du métal est effectuée à l’aide de fours électriques, à induction moyenne fréquence de capacité unitaire d'1 tonne.
Toutes nos fusions sont contrôlées avant la coulée des moules, par une analyse obtenue en spectrométrie d’émission.
Un suivi qualité et une traçabilité de chaque pièce est assurée durant le processus de fabrication.
MOULAGE
1. Moulage mécanique
Moulage avec des châssis métalliques sur une machine de type « secousse-pression » en sable silico-argileux. Dimensions des châssis : 480 x 380 ; 500 x 400 ; 600 x 500.
2. Moulage sur carroussel
Chantier motte en sable furanique, avec une capacité maximale des châssis de 1200 x 1200.
3. Moulage main
Chantier en sable furanique avec une capacité de châssis de 4000 x 4000. Ce chantier est parfaitement adapté au moulage de pièces unitaires, à partir de modèles perdus en polystyrène.
PARACHÈVEMENT
Le parachèvement des pièces est réalisé en interne, après un grenaillage effectué en charge suspendue pour l’obtention d’un meilleur aspect, nous pouvons exécuter un sablage fin après ébarbage.
USINAGE ET MONTAGE
Notre atelier intégré, est équipé de machines CN dont un centre 5 axes. Ces moyens associés permettent de vous livrer des pièces entièrement terminées.
Nous pouvons aussi vous assurer la fourniture de sous-ensembles montés.
Un contrôle final effectué à l’aide d’une machine à mesurer tridimensionnelle de grandes capacités (3000 x 2000 x 1200), permet une validation complète avant l'expédition.
