This is the 3rd generation electronic patient care reporting platform (ePCR) developed by the team at Saffire Software. We have been servicing Fire & EMS agencies large and small since 2007. Current ePCR offerings fail to incorporate the flexibility and extensive customization that many agencies require. Our system is a fully customizable ePCR forms-building application. There is not a single application on the market today that has the full custom capabilities of MetroPCR. Additionally, our extensive experience in providing "bleeding" edge solutions for fast paced major metropolitan fire departments and EMS agencies will benefit your organization, your members and your community.
