MH Ventures was founded in 1998 by Ray-Scott Miller. The first venture was a small catering and retail spaghetti shop named My Favorite Spaghetti. He failed at that venture and that company went down in a blaze of glory. Ever the persistent SOB, Ray-Scott maintain his ultimate goal of creating new and exciting places to eat.
