I started Michael Recruits as a simple Twitter handle (@michaelrecruits) to market myself on social media channels in 2009. From my personal success in utilizing social media for my job search needs, I wanted to share my knowledge with other job seekers to also help them utilize social media in order to build their own personal brand and further expand their job search reach.
