Midwest Design Solutions, LLC (MDS) specializes in electrical design and consulting services for commercial and light industrial project, including new construction to building additions and renovations. Our typical projects include (but not limited to): assisted living/nursing homes, banks, offices, schools, dental clinics and other outpatient facilities, light manufacturing/industrial facilities, parking lot lighting design, street lighting design, and churches. Our design services range from providing design build documents, so that there is more flexibility from an owner's or builder's perspective for the contractors to bid from the same set of requirements, to full design with bidding specifications for clients who want a full service package. We can also provide a building evaluation with written report to evaluate the current systems within a building for compliance with current code requirements and recommendations to address any code violations and suggestions for energy savings. For other design professionals and contractors who have their own design staff, in those extra busy times, MDS can provide that extra helping hand with design and CAD drafting services so that you can keep your clients happy and meet project schedules.
