Mind Plus Matter helps our clients use nutrition to enhance their minds and bodies. Mind Plus Matter was born out of research on performance enhancement for the US military. While studying the approaches that could help military personnel in the toughest environments on earth, we built a program to enhance mental and physical performance for people ranging from executives to high-performance athletes, from students to seniors, and from pregnancy to retirement. We call our program NutriINT – nutrition intelligence. Our founder and the research underlying our approach were featured in Wired in December 2012. For individuals and families, we base progress on physiological metrics and success in achieving lifestyle and performance goals.
