Mind the Missions is a transnational European project that aims for the improvement of the competences of municipality staff as agents in providing purposeful learning opportunities for adult learners.
The project fosters capacitation programs for staff in the municipalities to develop innovative teaching methods for adult education, exploiting digital technologies and fostering civic engagement with city missions.
These programs will make use of knowledge transfer between the project partners, enhancing their capacity to deliver high quality and flexible learning opportunities for adults, fostering a forward-looking mindset.
As results, the project will produce a methodology and a toolkit to develop adult education projects that might be implemented in different municipalities, thus helping these governmental bodies to reach their envisioned futures in the path to accomplish with the objectives set by the Sustainable Development Goals and the EU Missions.
