Massage en Bewustwording
Je kan bij mij terecht voor massage therapie vanuit de holistische visie. Dat betekent o.a. dat ik jou als een geheel zie, niet alleen je klacht of je ziekte, maar alles wat jou tot mens maakt.
Ik maak gebruik van verschillende vormen van massage, bv. energetisch, klassiek, voetzonereflexmassage, holistic pulsing en bindweefselmassage.
In de holistische visie is massage een uitnodiging om met aandacht te voelen wat er is en daar helemaal bij aanwezig te zijn. Het gaat in deze massagetherapie niet uitsluitend om het verhelpen van de klachten maar om de integratie ervan. Je wordt uitgenodigd tot zelfonderzoek en bewustwording.
Tijdens een behandeling nodig ik je, fysiek en verbaal, uit om te voelen wat er is en dat te laten zijn. Dat wat je voelt hoeft niet geanalyseerd, verklaard of veranderd te worden. Het mag er zijn. Als je de taal van je lichaam leert verstaan, vertelt je dat veel over jezelf, over je gevoelens, je behoeften, je zorgen en ook over je grenzen. Je kunt je bewuster afstemmen op dat wat goed is voor jou.
