At our three-day national team camps for business leaders, we measure your sleep, mental stress, and physical stress. You'll engage in emotional and mental training with elite sports coach Rebecka Gabrielsson and practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo and Muay Thai with 2x black-belt instructor Jonas Fröjd. Plus, one of our world champions will share their insights on how to become a champion in your own field. All of this takes place at Engsholms Castle.
You’ll gain knowledge of the six key success factors, and you’ll train relaxation, strength, flexibility, and endurance. We’ll follow up with you after the program, ensuring that the typical "conference drop-off" becomes a thing of the past. We help you remember what you've learned so you can continue improving every day.
