After recognising the limited positive social media coverage regarding the attitudes towards Mens Mental Health, and after a constant battle of trying to understand of my own attitudes and actions I researched to see if I could find a community of men, who feel like myself.
After numerous searches I was unable to find anything...
and thus - "Mind Over Masculinity" was born.
Mind Over Masculinity is a thought-provoking podcast that delves into the complex landscape of modern, male masculinity and how when speaking about your mental health, this is sadly reduced.
The community and podcast aims to redefine and explore the dimensions of masculinity, how these can be adapted and how misconceptions can be overcome and challenged.
Each episode aims to provide a safe space for men to navigate the challenges, expectations and stereotypes that come with being a male, by delving into a range of topics, whilst providing insightful discussions, expert interviews and actionable advice to help listeners embrace a healthier, more authentic expression of their masculinity.
