Our Founder
Career Mindset was developed by Ashwin Rajah. Ashwin is a seasoned leader with 25 years of corporate experience and deep exposure across industries. He has spent more than 15 years leading teams in multinational organisations across 4 continents.
Ashwin is now a professional executive coach and partner at Change Partners—a boutique coaching practice developing corporate leaders.
At Career Mindset, Ashwin applies his training in neuroscience and positive psychology to support leaders seeking accountability around career development. His experience enables him to deploy high impact, science, and evidence-based techniques, with incredible results.
Ashwin’s focus has always been working together with leaders to provide insight and clarity for their complex leadership and business challenges. This enables them to set goals and achieve practical outcomes.
