The Mindz , started in small town of Gaylord, MI. Myself and Mike Kolowski wanted to start a video game company. Unfortunately before we could make those dreams a reality Mike passed from an anuerism, and left two kids and wife widow behind. So I decide to head west to Seattle, WA. I lived in a neighborhood I wasn't accustomed to. Coming from a small town of 12,00 people it was strange that just about everyone on the island was a CEO, Singer, song writer, PR, famous writer, or an actor. However I finally found somthing I could actually relate to by working for a soil tech and landscaping company. This is how I met Paul Meagan. I didn't know who he was until he told me he was Epic CEO for grears of war. We got talking and I told him i had an idea for game, that would dazzle the world. He said, "I'm leaving Epic to go work for Lucas arts", so before he moved to Cali he gave me connections and pubshliers and said "You and your team can do this, I did it and I'm a humble billoinarie." So I decide to start hanging out with Mircosoft, Big Fish, and some Google people. I picked there brain to see there prescptive on the gaming world. Months later I put together a team of four guys. We called our "Project Peagus Coffee House", because thats where we first met. We carried on for about two years. In that time I lost my four core parnters to Deadliest Catch, Amazon, UoF Washington, and Pixar. As the comapny grew it's reputaion grew, in a good way. Instead of picking up one pubshlier we had three, Besthsda , Ubisoft and Blizzard. My team saw the same thing I did, why work for someone that dosen't care about you or your work, and just pays you "ok" . So I took it upon myself to make sure we have an honest, fair, loyal, and caring company . Every mind on this team is the greatest asset of the Mindz.
