MINOUX is een ruimhartige theaterorganisatie rondom cabaretière en theatermaker Minou Bosua, voorheen de helft van cabaretduo De Bloeiende Maagden. MINOUX is sinds 2018 in Den Bosch gevestigd en ontwikkelt een nieuwe vorm van theater die zij Bewustzijnsamusement noemt. Cabaret gaat in dialoog met documentaire, film, muziektheater en beeldende kunst.
Bijzonder is dat bij het maken en spelen van de voorstelling een specifieke groep uit de samenleving deelneemt.
In samenwerking met maatschappelijke en culturele organisaties maakt MINOUX uit deze groep een duurzame sociaal culturele community voor kwetsbare, eenzame of gewoon enthousiaste mensen op zoek naar verbinding. Op deze manier worden bestaande manieren van en opvattingen over samen-leven opengebroken en nieuwe mogelijkheden aangereikt (en bestendigd).
Minou Bosua is de artistieke bron van het gezelschap. Samen met Corien Baart (artistiek adviseur) bedenkt zij producties en projecten. Daarbij wordt regelmatig samengewerkt met makers uit verschillende disciplines zoals o.a. Maasja Ooms, Annelies van Wieringen, Mijke de Jong, Lotte de Beer, Eelco Smits.
