Le restaurant se trouve à la Gaude, situé plein sud et à proximité immédiate des grandes villes azuréennes (15 km de Nice)
Nous nous sommes rencontrés lors de notre apprentissage en Lorraine, notre passion pour la restauration a évolué à l’unisson.
Au fil de nos expériences respectives ( Restaurant étoilé Michelin, Relais et Châteaux, Brasserie Flo à Nice …..) nous avons mûri l’idée de fonder notre propre maison.
Doté d'une salle lumineuse et conviviale ainsi que d'une terrasse nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 100 couverts.
Nous vous proposons, pour la joie de vos papilles, une carte de saison volontairement réduite pour vous garantir la fraîcheur et la qualité de nos produits en privilégiant les produits AOC, AOP ou labellisés de nos régions.
Quelques vins s’ajoutent à notre carte afin de voyager à travers le vignoble français
Le nom de notre restaurant nous a été inspiré par nos origines lorraines.
Dans notre restaurant cohabitent, dans l’amour et la bonne humeur, la Mirabelle, reine de Lorraine, et l’Olivier, roi de Provence !
