Mission Ready Group is founded by ex Australian Special Forces commanders and operators. We have over 30 years of combined experience, leading, operating, and preparing teams for highly specialised and short-notice missions in unforgiving environments. Our services include leadership and performance training delivered through immersive Scenario-based camps (Mission Readiness Exercises), or through bespoke programs, combining interactive workshops and presentations, delivered in the workplace. We also specialise in executive coaching and consultation to optimise organisational leadership and performance.
Scenario-based training is our primary implementation tool and is crucial for achieving a higher degree of learning and development. By replicating complex and dangerous situations in a synthetic environment, we demystify the problem, allowing the participant’s body-mind to adapt. This improves an individual’s meta-cognition, a psychological principle that helps improve perception, decision-making ability and speed, while reducing reaction time.
