Mountain Meadow Mushroom Farms, established in 1952, is a family owned organic functional mushroom farm and manufacturer in Escondido, CA. With over 1mm cubic feet of growing space, we grow 18 varieties of organic functional mushrooms for wholesale and retail produce and are an Organic certified manufacturer and processor providing powders, tinctures, isolates, dehydrated chips, jerky and beverages.
As a licensed agricultural waste diversion/composting facility, we can intake up to 264,000 tons of ag waste a year, turning it into organic, nutrient dense compost, manufacturing spawned grow bags, all-in-one substrates, DIY mushroom grow kits and wholesale/retail compost for retail bagging or bulk delivery to nurseries, farms, landscapers or vineyards.
Mountain Meadow Mushroom Farms is completely zero waste and carbon negative, fostering a regenerative loop and ensuring the resource life cycle of everything we use or produce will be repurposed harmoniously across our product lines and services.
