MOBA is a progressive modular housing solution designed for housing emergencies generated by natural disasters and informal settlements

The MOBA houses are built from prefabricated concrete panels made in mobile factories. In the process of construction, these panels are mounted and assembled, defining the walls and slabs of houses. Subsequently, the houses will be painted and finished to be transported to the site, as a complete and finished unit, ready to be inhabited immediately. In addition to excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, the walls of these houses have in the interior all the necessary plumbing and electrical pipes. This prevents the user from building risky external piping installations.
The PRE-MOLD construction system allows these homes to have more than 100 years of durability with minimal maintenance cost, great flexibility and the follow advantages:
