Modern Resource was established in Riyadh in the year 2003 as a HVAC&R company providing a wide range of services for air conditioning, refrigeration & cold storage solutions. We specialize in refrigeration systems design & installation to provide customers with a reliable solution, green, effective, and less cost.
We aim to provide clients with our refrigeration engineering capabilities on design, installation, operation and maintenance for Central plant systems and services, with a total integrated solution. All our solutions are delivered to your site directly, and can be fully installed and commissioned on-site by our experienced technicians & engineers. We have an excellent experience in cold storage, slaughterhouses, food processing factories, chiller applications, vegetables and fruits pre-cooling, ice production, and chain stores logistics.
We are meeting our customer requirements to optimize their projects starting from designing to supply & installation till the handover.
Our sustainable refrigeration solutions are environmentally friendly, Cost effective and Reliable. We target to reduce the energy costs of a refrigeration plants by implementing the most energy efficient equipment's and engineering techniques.
We have ability to improve the existing system by changing the old refrigerants to new environment friendly refrigerants.
