The club's mission is to have as many boys and girls in the Molesey area to have fun, develop and fall in love with the beautiful game. We are a community club run by volunteers where the players are at the very heart of everything that we do. We believe there is a level for everyone and our primary focus is to support all players to reach and fulfil their potential. Our aim is to create a safe, fun and positive environment for all players which enables them to thrive on and off the pitch. Combined with developing our own homegrown referees and club coaches to obtain their FA coaching badges, this ensures our philosophy and practices are in line with the current vision of the FA. We are extremely proud to be 2-star accredited by the FA and have some big plans in the future which will ensure the club continues to grow for the next 70 years! This includes having great facilities at the Wilderness, building pathways into adult football, as well as building relationships with professional clubs in the area.
