Moor Elite exists to fill the widening gap between vulnerable young people and overstretched systems. We work with 10 to 17-year-olds who are often misunderstood, under-supported and written off far too early.
Through 1:1 mentoring, tailored behavioural interventions, emotional regulation workshops and restorative assemblies, we offer young people the space, tools and guidance to break harmful cycles and rewrite their narratives. Many of the young people we work with are on the verge of exclusion or navigating multiple systems, from care to custody and need targeted, human-centred support that recognises the root, not just the behaviour.
Our founder has spent years working directly with high-risk youth, bringing lived insight, academic expertise and trauma-informed practice into every session delivered. Moor Elite is about early intervention with long-term impact rooted in clarity, accountability and deep care for the next generation.
We collaborate with schools, PRUs, residential homes, and local authorities to deliver short-term programmes with long-term change. Our work is intentional, relational and always rooted in what matters; helping young people feel seen, supported, and capable of success.
