לתוכנית למעלה מ- 1,200 בוגרים ובוגרות בישראל ובדרום אפריקה המפתחים קריירות מרשימות בבתי חולים, בחברות הייטק ובארגונים מובילים בארץ ובעולם, ומשתייכים לרשת חברתית בעלת ערך אדיר לעתידם המקצועי.
לצד בניית קריירה, בוגרי מושל מובילים פרויקטים חברתיים מגוונים במטרה לעורר השראה בקרב צעירים מרקע דומה.
זוהי קהילת בוגרים עוצמתית המהווה מודל לחיקוי, למנהיגות ולמצוינות, והיא מעבירה את החזון וערכי התוכנית לדורות הבאים.
