Het Hoogwaardig Bedrijvenpark Mo-Thor is een van de drie deelprojecten van de ontwikkeling van het Thor Park op de voormalige mijnsite van Waterschei. Het eerste kantoorgebouw ligt naast het historische mijngebouw - dat dienst doet als hoofdgebouw van het Thor Park - en telt een gelijkvloers en 5 verdiepingen. Binnen elk kantoorgebouw krijgt de eindgebruiker de flexibiliteit om één of meerdere kwadranten af te nemen.
