We already work with over 800 nursing, residential care, Dementia units, Day Care centres, Learning disability and neurological care homes each MONTH! That's over 20,000 participants per month.
We also provide training days for staff members within this sector, sharing best practice among our peers.
NHS Hertfordshire approached Motivation & Co. to develop a programme that would address barriers, supporting dementia clients at risk of falls, which would meet the criteria of the GPS Scheme.
