Dr. Melanie Mitros established the beginnings of her consulting work 17 years ago to improve the health of her community one person at a time through individualized exercise therapy. Melanie holds a Ph.D. from Arizona State University in Physical Activity, Nutrition and Wellness, M.S. from Wake Forest University, and B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University.

She utilizes an inside-outside approach to leverage assets and accelerate change while establishing accountability through strong relationships and transparency.
