Vanuit een luxe, professioneel uitgeruste pizzabus serveren we met een uniek concept misschien wel de lékkerste pizza's van 't Gooi en brengen we een stukje Italië bij u aan huis!
Iedereen kan verschillende toppings proeven een we houden vanzelfsprekend rekening met allergieën en intoleranties.De gastheer/gastvrouw kan zich met de gasten bezighouden in plaats van met het diner en leuke bijkomstigheid: géén afwas;)
De pizza's (‘pinsa romana’) worden in stijl uitgeserveerd op grote houten planken en we maken van elke pizza iets speciaals. We gebruiken alleen kwaliteitsproducten en maken alles zelf, inclusief de bodems. Die zijn luchtig en krokant en gemaakt van deeg met een hoge hydratatie (80% water), waardoor ze luchtig en krokant zijn en koolhydraatarm zijn. Het deeg rijst minstens 24 uur, waardoor het licht verteerbaar is. Deze pizza’s heten officieel ‘pinsa romana’ en worden in Italië steeds populairder. Mrs. Italy is de eerste door Italië officieel gecertificeerde pinseria in Nederland!
Voorgerechten met antipasti-plankjes, focaccia en tapenades en nagerechten met huisgemaakte Tiramisu' of dessertpizza’s behoren ook tot de mogelijkheden. We denken graag mee over een passende invulling voor uw setting.
