MS & Co. has now merged with Whitehats Limited, based in Havant (Hampshire) an HMRC-regulated Trust and Company Service Provider . There is also an affiliated Irish- established and regulated trust company.

We also assist overseas clients with international tax issues, and have a range of contacts in the Crown Dependencies, and other International Financial Centres.
The Irish Trust Company administers and acts as a trustee for non-resident trusts.
