With the Canada AB Job Grant we help business owners train their team, with the government covering 2/3 of the training costs. Training is customized to the needs of each business, & can include things like succession planning, training leaders & managers, skill development, communication, team building, planning, sales, marketing and systems & process development. We all know that well trained team members can create 7x the training cost in ROI!
