The International Business Student Organization (IBSO) is a student-led organization centered around fostering the growth of international business careers and mindsets among students and industry professionals. The goal of this organization includes four areas:
- To build relationships and provide networking opportunities amongst international students, domestic students interested in or studying international business, faculty, and industry professionals at Michigan State University (MSU) through monthly networking events;
- To provide educational seminars and discussions with industry professionals with monthly speaker series;
- To communicate information about study abroad opportunities alongside the Office for Education Abroad;
- To prepare students for a career in international business by organizing career fairs and business trips in addition to professional speaker series
