Multicultural Professional Bridge (MPB) is registered in WA as Migrants Professional Bridge Incorporated. It is a not-for-profit organisation established to advance empowerment, capacity-building and vocational integration of skilled and semi-skilled members of migrant communities enabling them to sustainably participate in socio-economic wellbeing and growth for themselves, their families, and Australia.

The Activities of MPB (the “BRIDGE”) include:
Providing networking opportunities and ongoing employment support services to our clients enabling them to acquire the required local networks and strategies to secure and hold jobs.
Providing counselling, coaching and mentoring services to our clients who are disadvantaged by lack of suitable capabilities, culture shocks, displacement from their career paths, and other such challenges.
Providing training to our clients who are disadvantaged by lack of skills, suitable competencies, and other qualifications.
Providing work experience and employment to our clients who are disadvantaged by lack of suitable work experience.
Providing a vehicle for more experienced professionals, philanthropic individuals, groups and organisations to help our clients secure and hold suitable careers and businesses.
Facilitating professional integration of our clients.
Facilitating professionally-aligned programs to engage and empower youths in these disadvantaged communities ("guide them young").
Advocating and representing our clients' bid for a fair go for opportunities for their chosen professions.
