Mustform is een sportorganisatie die zich focust op de mentale en fysieke gezondheidsgroei van de mens en is opgericht in mei 2016 door Arsenio Moidin. De organisatie startte officieel met haar activiteiten op 5 september 2016. De naam Mustform is een samenvoegsel van mus (afkomstig van het latijns woord maximus dat betekent beste), T staat voor betere uitspraak en form werd afgeleid van platform, dat betekent “beste platform”.
Mustform functioneerde eerder onder de naam LIME. Na een eigen marktonderzoek kwam Moidin tot de ontdekking dat er een grote vraag is naar sportkleding en sportproducten. Op basis van de resultaten kwam hij op het idee om zijn organisatie te verbreiden. De uitbreiding hield in dat er meer diensten en producten worden aangeboden met name: regelmatige fitnessactiviteiten, voeding consultancy en fitness merchandise. Moidin was van mening dat de naam, missie en visie niet meer voldeden aan zijn verwachting, doordat er nieuwe producten en diensten erbij waren. Zo paste hij de missie, visie en naam van de organisatie aan.
