My Generation Drive organiseert het verplichte terugkommoment voor beginnende bestuurders. Elke bestuurder die een rijbewijs behaalt moet tussen de 6e en de 9e maand na het behalen van een rijbewijs een 4u-durende opleiding volgen.
De opleidingen worden georganiseerd op de site van Flanders Expo en in Dendermonde op het terrein van Ruim jschool Traffix. De uitstekende bereikbaarheid van de site in Gent via trein en tram of met de auto via de autosnelwegen is een troef.
Dit terugkommoment wordt georganiseerd met groepen van 6 tot 18 kandidaten en bestaat uit een reflecterend kennismakingsgesprek, oefeningen op een terrein en een groepsgesprek.
De lesgevers worden geselecteerd uit Erkende Oost-Vlaamse rijscholen en krijgen daar bovenop nog een 4-daagse opleiding om gebrevetteerd te zijn voor het terugkommoment.
Deze samenwerking tussen verschillende rijscholen is een uniek project.
Het initiatief voor dit project werd genomen door Rijschool Traffix, Rijschool Vlaamse Ardennen Ronse, Rijschool Merelbeke, Rijschool Drongen Drives en Rijschool Donkmeer.
