I am a multi award-winning image consultant who shows men and women how to look their very best so that they make a great first impression. Prior to training as an image consultant, I held senior HR, Sales and Channel Management roles in leading companies, so I know first-hand how important our personal brand is for career success. Now I work with individuals and businesses to understand their core values and aspirations and help them to present an effective and authentic image that reflects these. These days, there tend to be fewer hard and fast rules for professional dressing and, as a result, employees can be unclear as to what is and is not appropriate and managers can be reluctant to broach this sensitive topic directly for fear of causing offense. As an independent image consultant I can work with you to put together a company dress code and communicate this to employees in a positive and engaging way. I ensure that my employee style advice sessions are informative, confidence-boosting and enjoyable so that participants feel they have learned something of value that enhances their personal and professional image.
