We are a group of therapists in San Francisco and Marin Counties who believe that taking time out of your day to self-reflect and practice self-care is an amazing gift to give yourself and we feel honored to be a part of that process with you. Treatment modalities include CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment), DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Treatment), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Psychodynamic as well as Existential and Humanistic approaches. This holistic, solution-focused psychotherapy will both challenge and inspire you to grow as a whole, healthy individual.
