MyPickup provides subscription based electric auto-rickshaw service for daily commutes to office-goers, school children, etc. With this idea we aim to disrupt the way people go to their workplace/school everyday.
There are 3 problems we are trying to solve with this service
1. Cab booking time (10-12 min per day), Cab cancellations and acceptance during peak hours is a huge issue for daily commuters
2. School buses across Indian schools are under-utilized assets. Thus almost 30% of the annual education cost goes into student transportation
3. 3-wheeler ICE (Diesel/CNG/LPG) based autos which are plying in Indian cities release anywhere between ~1m to 2m tons of CO2 annually along with hazardous NO2 and PM 10
