Η εταιρεία μας ιδρύθηκε πριν από 86 χρόνια, το 1932, από τον Ιωάννη Κανταρτζή (θείος από την μητέρα του Σωτήρη Ναυπλιώτη). Και οι δύο οικογένειες ήρθαν στην Ελλάδα το 1922 πρόσφυγες από την Σμύρνη. Τα τελευταία 15 χρόνια έχει δραστηριοποιηθεί η 3η γενιά από τον Νίκο & Γιάννη Ναυπλιώτη. Ήταν πάντα μία εταιρεία αντιπροσωπειών ειδικευόμενη στα λεγόμενα αποικιακά προϊόντα (ζάχαρη, καφές τσάι, κλπ). Από το τέλος της δεκαετίας του 1950 επεκτάθηκε στον τομέα των κατεψυγμένων κρεάτων (Νέα Ζηλανδία & Νότια Αμερική), και στα νωπά από το 1980 όταν η Ελλάδα έγινε μέλος της ΕΟΚ.
Από το 1998 προστέθηκε και η αντιπροσώπευση οίκων του εξωτερικού σε νωπά φρούτα & λαχανικά, και από το 2010 η εξαγωγή Ελληνικών νωπών φρούτων και λαχανικών.
