NCA’s innovative delivery method aim to bridge the gap between young people and the construction sector, by delivering both Traineeships and Apprenticeships, NCA gives young people the head start needed to get ahead in the world of work.
Recruitment and Selection
NCA employ staff of the highest calibre from the construction and recruitment industry to ensure the highest quality of candidates, most effective recruitment and the highest quality training tailored and developed to suit the industries unique requirements. This unique approach to the industry maximises development and results for both apprentice, trainee and employer.
Our experience in the Apprenticeship recruitment sector has allowed us to build up a robust and innovative process for candidate selection, including minimum GCSE grades, telephone interviews and face to face interviews. This allows us to ensure we have the most suitable candidates for our employers to interview and support with the opportunity of work experience and as Apprentices.
NCA work with and employ a range of representatives from the construction industry as part of a commitment to align all training with the wider construction industry. NCA use trainers with a great wealth of industry experience to share with our candidates. NCA believe that there must be a synergy between the training environment and the workplace to ensure all candidates go into the industry ‘oven-ready’ with the best possible opportunity to make an immediate positive impact.
